Refund
Policy

All mentorship programs, courses, digital products, and memberships are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing access to educational content and mentorship — not guaranteed results or financial outcomes.
• Trading involves risk, and outcomes will vary based on individual effort, experience, and execution.
• You are responsible for actively participating in and applying the material provided.

Mentorship programs include access to live sessions, group coaching, and educational materials.

• Participation level, engagement, and results are the responsibility of the student.
• Failure to achieve desired outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
• Differences in personal expectations or interpretations of program structure do not constitute grounds for refund.

All programs are educational in nature. We do not provide:

• Financial advice
• Trade-by-trade execution signals
• Guaranteed profits or performance outcomes

Access to private or free community spaces is a privilege and may be revoked at any time for violations of community guidelines.

• Removal from community platforms does not impact access to purchased educational materials.
• Community moderation decisions do not qualify for refunds.

Community Guidelines. To keep our community spaces — including our free Slack community — safe, respectful, and valuable for everyone, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using, repackaging, or teaching strategies, frameworks, or materials shared within any Investing Bae community or program to build, market, or sell your own competing courses, coaching, or mentorship.
• Soliciting, recruiting, or privately messaging members to redirect them to an outside group, program, or service.
• Profanity, harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks directed at members or the Investing Bae team.
• Disruptive behavior, including spamming, excessive self-promotion, or repeated off-topic posting.
• Soliciting members for unrelated products, services, or financial opportunities.
• Impersonating an Investing Bae team member or misrepresenting your affiliation with the brand.

Violations of these guidelines may result in removal from the community at Investing Bae's sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to Investing Bae under Section 09 (Intellectual Property & Content Protection).

If a payment plan is selected:

• You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
• Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to program materials.
• Payment obligations remain enforceable regardless of participation level.

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team. In the event of a chargeback:

• We reserve the right to provide proof of access, participation, and agreement to these terms.
• Your access to all programs and services will be immediately revoked.

Mentorship programs and live classes are scheduled in advance and conducted in real time. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for attending scheduled live sessions.
• Scheduling conflicts, missed sessions, or time zone differences do not qualify for refunds.

Additional terms:

• Re-enrollment opportunities, if offered, may be limited in frequency and duration.
• Access to future sessions does not extend indefinitely and may be subject to expiration or program availability.
• Live sessions may be recorded at our discretion; however, recordings are not guaranteed for all sessions.

All content provided within Investing Bae programs — including but not limited to videos, live sessions, recordings, PDFs, strategies, frameworks, and community materials — is the intellectual property of Investing Bae. By purchasing, you agree that:

• You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or repurpose any program materials in any form.
• You will not share login access or allow others to access the program using your account.
• You will not record, screenshot, or redistribute live sessions or proprietary materials.

Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of materials will result in:

• Immediate termination of access without refund.
• Potential legal action to protect intellectual property rights.
